At this point I must say that there are several approaches to dealing with data. One approach is one that treats data, both internal and external, independent of the processes that will be carried out with the same data, and that allows us to think and create permanent data structures that are resistant to changes in methods, procedures, and even changes. the programs that use them. That is the approach we will take in this course. The development of what has been called "Databases" attests to this through decades of experience.
